Unanswered E-Mails

Recently we have received complaints regarding the
contact forms at this web site. It seems that several
of you that have used the contact forms in hope to
reach either the student council as a whole or BRY
have not received a reply regarding your inquiries.
These e-mails never reached neither the student
council nor BRY, and this caused us to investigate
the matter further.
After consulting with both the owner and the administrators of our server provider, it seems that the problem is due to insufficient security of several contact forms of OTHER web sites hosted on the same servers. This has lead to a buildup of e-mails waiting to be sent from the servers as a whole leading to your respective e-mails being retained in a cumulative queue.
We are not sure about how long this might have been going on, but it might have been an issue for as long as 2 months.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused and we are currently working with our service provider to move this web site to a secure server and thus prevent this situation in the future.
For the time being, please show patience until we have worked out the problem at hand. We will let you know as soon as the web forms are fully functional once again.
