City Race
07.09.27 23:00
On the 6th of October this town will absolutely go
locos. For those of you already acquainted with the
event YES! IT'S TIME FOR CITY RACE!
Allow me to break it down for the freshmen/women: City Race is an early event that normally takes place in the beginning of the school year. It is basically a welcoming party for the 1st years organized by the students in the 4th year. It is an excellent opportunity to meet new people, get acquainted with some of the most popular places to hang out in town and just have a blast. City Race is so called because the students run around town from location to location (bar, restaurant, square, park, ...) and in each post they are supposed to compete against the opposing teams. At the end of the day, everybody just gets together and dance the night away.
Do buy yours ticket at POTE throughout next week and do not hesitate to join - especially 1st years, as we have a little surprise for you...

RO - Program Booklets
07.09.12 15:04
The program booklets have arrived. Students admitted
BEFORE 2006 (so if your counsellor is Kriszta or
Lívia) will be able to get their copies ONLY from
THURSDAY morning 8 AM. Sorry, but no information so
far for students admitted in 2006 and 2007.
MAJOR Updates
07.09.09 22:26
During the past semester, several students here at
this university have approached us in request of an
easier and more efficient way to browse BRY's Exam Notes in
digital form. Though BRY's Exam Notes have been
scanned in FULL print quality by the VERY
machines you usually get your notes copied with
and that they are MEANT to be printed,
we have taken your request seriously and
addressed the issue.
We are now happy to let you know that BRY's Exam Notes have been COMPLETELY recompiled from the ground up by adding full page descriptions and grouping of pages according to the exam questions contained therein. This will not only make it better for those of you who study BRY's Exam Notes purely in digital form to learn more easily, but it will also make it extremely much more efficient for those of you who already have passed the subjects to quickly rediscover forgotten knowledge.
To differentiate the old exam notes from the newly indexed ones, the cover pages of the newly indexed exam notes have been redesigned in a fresh lime-green color.

put into this website for this academic year will be
useful for all of you. We are always welcome to
suggestions, so don't hesitate to let us
know how we can improve our work. Best

Welcome German students
07.09.09 22:07
Last year the English Program Student Council and the
German Program Student Council joined forces and the
English-German Student Council was formed. We failed
to acknowledge this website as the portal for not
only English Program students but as well as for
German Program students. We would hereby like to
welcome the German students as an integral part of
this website. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
RO - Waiting at the RO
07.09.09 21:17
We kindly ask all our students to keep the following
instruction when you come to the Registrar’s Office:
Only one visitor for each counsellors can stay in the room. The rest of the students would wait outside. When you are in the room, please, keep quiet. Our colleagues try to serve you – but it is almost impossible in a crowded and noisy room!

RO - Cancelling Courses
07.09.09 21:13
There are some courses (electives and optionals)
where at the moment the time of the course is not
given (e.g. History of Medicine). If you book a
course like that, and after the booking period it
turns out that this course crashes with your other
courses, on the first week of the instruction period
(September 10-14) you can ask the Registrar’s Office
to cancel this course for you. To do so, you have to
get a letter (permission) from the teacher of the
course to be dropped. Bring this letter to the RO, we
will drop this course for you and you are granted
permission to book an other course instead with the
same amount of credit points.
